Privacy Policy
Version 1.0, last updated: 20 August 2026. This policy complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) for users in Switzerland and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable to the controller established in France.
1. Controller

2. Data we process
- Form data: name, phone, email, canton, household, expressed need and anything you choose to share.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps.
- Consent evidence: timestamp and content of consents given.
Health-related information is sensitive data (art. 5 FADP), processed only with explicit consent and only to handle your request.
3. Purposes
- Handling your callback/comparison request, based on your explicit consent.
- Forwarding to a partner adviser, only if the optional box was ticked.
- Site improvement and audience measurement, overriding interest, data anonymised where possible.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
4. Disclosure
Your data is never sold. Disclosure only to: (a) registered partner advisers, with your consent; (b) contractually bound processors (hosting, CRM, email); (c) authorities where the law requires.
5. Transfers abroad
Hosting primarily in the EU / EEA (hosting: Hostinger); for countries without adequate protection: standard contractual clauses or consent.
5bis. Persons in the EU/EEA (GDPR)
For EU/EEA residents (e.g. cross-border workers) the GDPR may also apply: legal basis is consent (art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time; rights under arts. 15–21; right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Retention
Prospect data: max 24 months after last contact; contract data: legal periods (generally 10 years); consent evidence: for as long as the processing relies on it.
7. Your rights (art. 25 ff. FADP)
Access, rectification, deletion, objection, data portability; consent withdrawal at any time: privacy@trouversonassurance.ch. Complaints may be lodged with the FDPIC.
8. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS, access control, data minimisation); notification of high-risk breaches per art. 24 FADP.
